It is published on the listing before you call. We do not add dealer fees, preparation charges or delivery surprises at the desk.

We inspected it ourselves
Every car goes through our own inspection. If something is wrong with it, it is in the listing — including the rust we would rather not mention.

Photographs of the real car
No stock images and no borrowed photographs. What you see on the listing is the car on our floor, photographed the day it was listed.

Seven days to change your mind
If the car is not what we said it was, bring it back within seven days for a full refund. We put that in writing on the invoice.

Four steps, no surprises
The whole process is deliberately short. Most of our cars are sold within a fortnight, and the paperwork is done before the transport is booked.
Find the car
Browse the floor or tell us what you are looking for. If it is not with us, we will look for it and call you back.
Talk to a person
One of us walks you around the car on the phone, answers the awkward questions and sends extra photographs of anything you ask about.
Agree the numbers
Price, financing terms, transport and paperwork are settled in writing before any money moves.
Delivered to your door
Enclosed transport, the title in your name, and a driver who calls you the day before delivery.

Can I see the car before I buy it?
Yes, and we would rather you did. The floor is open Monday to Saturday and you do not need an appointment. If you are travelling from out of state, call first so we can have the car out and ready.
What does your inspection actually cover?
Every point that changes what a car is worth: structure and frame, panel gaps and paint depth, whether the numbers on the engine and the body match the car, what has been replaced and when, the underside, and the paperwork — title, previous registrations, build sheets and receipts. Anything we find is written into the listing, with a photograph of it.
Is the price negotiable?
The published price is close to the number we will accept, and it is already below what we would ask at auction. Reasonable offers are considered; the price does not move because you asked twice.
Do you charge dealer or preparation fees?
No. The price on the listing is the price on the invoice, plus your state’s tax and title fees and the transport you agreed to. Nothing else appears at the desk.
How much does delivery cost?
It depends on distance and trailer type. Use the estimator on the delivery page for an immediate figure, or ask us and we will quote your address in writing. Enclosed transport is the default for anything we sell.
Can you hold a car for me?
With a deposit, for up to fourteen days, and we will take the listing down while it is held. Deposits are refundable if the car turns out not to match its listing.
